Strategic urban consultancy for the post-war reconstruction of Okhtyrka city in Sumy region
Project leader supporting preparation for urban reconstruction of Okhtyrka municipality, the Hero City of Ukraine. Holistic overview on the urban condition of Okhyrka, preparation of sustainable development strategy and definition of the city reconstruction priorities. Project performed with consideration of the Build Back Better principle, green city transition, climate resilience and inclusion of socio-economic needs, following the EU Just Transition concept where no one is left behind. Exploring possibilities of integration of multiple objectives under common investments, aiming at optimal use of the financial resources. The results will support application for financial aid in the reconstruction process.
