Green City Action Plan for Iasi, Romania/ EBRD Green Cities program
Consultant’s Operational Leader & Core Team member, coordinating preparation of the Green City Action Plan (GCAP), stakeholder engagement and project management. EBRD Green Cities strives to build a better and more sustainable future for cities and their residents. The program achieves this by identifying, prioritizing and connecting cities’ environmental challenges and climate adaptation needs with sustainable infrastructure investments and policy measures. Iasi GCAP was developed over 12 months with input from over 1000 stakeholders. Based on review of environmental indicators and the 360° City Scan® priority the environmental challenges were identified. Following this process a green city vision was formed, followed by defined strategic objectives and priority actions.
